1. Silky strawberry facial

Strawberries are delicious to eat, but did you know that they’re also great for your skin?

They’re rich in vitamin C, which helps remove toxins from your skin, and allows for your collagen to do its work, keeping your skin tight and wrinkle-free!

Strawberries also have folic acid, which helps in the cell regeneration process and building new cells. This will also help your face to stay smooth and supple.

Strawberries also have great benefits when applied directly on your skin, from anti-aging, cleaning up acne, helping reduce oily skin, to lightening your skin tone.

Remember that the longer these masks sit on your face, the better they work. You can let them sit until they dry if you’d prefer. There’s no wrong way to do it!

So, how do we create it? This is one of those natural facial recipes that are easier to make than it seems. You only need three ingredients: strawberry, lemon, and honey to make this amazing strawberry facial!

Need:

-2 or 3 mashed ripe strawberries in a bowl

– 2 teaspoons of lemon juice (freshly squeezed or from a bottle)

-2 teaspoons of honey

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, then apply to the face. Leave the mask on for approximately 10 minutes and then rinse it off with lukewarm water.

The lemon will help break down old skin cells, while the honey and strawberries encourage new cell growth.

You can also apply this mask to your cleavage, back, or neck to help with acne or skin rejuvenation.

This strawberry mask can also be stored in the fridge for up to a week!

2. Banana Beauty facial

Bananas are absolutely amazing for your skin! They’re rich in vitamins A, B, E, and potassium, all of which work together to get rid of old skin, age spots and dry skin, making you feel soft and luscious.

Our banana mask is extremely easy to make, as all your ingredients come from the kitchen!

Need:

-1 ripe banana, peeled and mashed

-1 teaspoon of orange juice (freshly squeezed)

-1/2 teaspoon of honey

Mix all the ingredients into a bowl until they become a paste. Then smooth the paste onto your skin, and let it sit for 10-15 minutes, or until dry. Rinse the mask off in lukewarm water and pat dry with a clean towel.

The orange juice is acidic and breaks down old skin cells, but also rich in vitamin C, which is good for your skin.

Working with the honey, the orange juice and banana will help you to exfoliate and encourage new skin growth. Plus, your face will smell like a tropical beach!

Like our strawberry facial mask, you can also use this mask on other skin parts, wherever you feel comfortable.

3. Rockin’ Raspberry facial

Raspberry is another fruit that both tastes delicious and is great for your face. These little berries pack a powerful punch, as they’re rich in Vitamins A, B, C, and E, all of which encourage new cell growth.

Raspberries also help brighten your skin and improve its elasticity, making it tighter and wrinkle-free. It’s recommended to use raspberries for more oily skin, but they work effectively on all skin types.

This raspberry mask recipe is both easy to make and effective at making your skin feel great. And you can apply it to other skin areas if you need some touch-ups!

Need:

-2-3 mashed raspberries

-2-3 teaspoons of brewed green tea (cold temperature preferred)

-1-2 tablespoons of plain yogurt

Mix these ingredients into a paste and then apply this paste to your skin. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes or until dry. Then rinse off in lukewarm water, and pat dry with a clean towel.

The yogurt contains both probiotics, which are great for your overall health and skin health, and overall moisture to help soften your skin.

The green tea helps to revitalize and tone your skin, making it tighter and having fewer wrinkles.
